Who We Are

Forever Fit Nashville is more then just another gym in Nashville, Forever Fit Nashville is the premier fitness studio in the greater Nashville area that delivers health and fitness results that improve the quality of life of its members leading to living a longer, healthier, and happier life experience.

Forever Fit Nashville believes the only way to assist people remaining healthy and fit for a lifetime is to help them develop the necessary nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise habits that are well known to decrease the risk of preventable diseases. This is not a magic pill process. This is a process of identifying goals and developing habits consistent with reaching that goal.

Programs

“All of the coaches do a great job of getting everyone involved. The workouts are only 30 minutes, which makes it very hard for anyone to come up with an excuse not to commit those 30 minutes to your health. The other people that attend boot camp are very friendly and everyone is on the same team trying to better themselves. The workouts are switched up each day which makes it easy to never get bored with your workout. There is always someone there who is willing to help and answer any questions you may have. There’s a bunch of workout time options to accommodate everyone’s schedules.”

Our Coaches

Keith Stafford, MS, CPT, Pn2

Keith is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with 25 years of experience helping people with weight loss and increasing their fitness level by designing proven programs that burn fat and build muscle. His confidence in his ability comes at the expense of his own personal story. After sustaining a fractured foot with chronic arthritis during a parachuting operation while in the Army and later developing a shoulder impingement (in both shoulders), he assumed he was doomed to gain weight. Keith says, “with the mindset that I was going to gain weight, I gained weight.

When my ‘why’ was big enough to make me want to change my mindset, the weight loss was simple. I worked on my nutrition and lifestyle habits while simultaneously working on both strength and conditioning exercises. I lost 53lbs in 14 months. That’s not fast. It takes patience. I made mistakes. I relapsed multiple times. I got mad at myself, but forgave myself and got better.
